We use a wild yeast to slowly ferment in the presence of two types of oak to soften acidity. This smooth and juicy red wine has modest tannins and strong flavors. It’s quaffable, approachable, and has a subtle baking spice complexity and mid-palate that is sure to satisfy almost any wine drinker.
